Xerox VersaLink C8000DT Overview

The Xerox VersaLink C8000 Color Printer offers a first-print-out time as fast as 11 seconds for both color and black-and-white prints, with a resolution of up to 1200 x 2400 dpi for high-quality output. This printer delivers impressive speeds for both one-sided and two-sided printing. For one-sided printing, it achieves up to 45 pages per minute (ppm) on 8.5 x 11 inches or A4 using a long-edge feed (LEF), up to 32 ppm on 8.5 x 14 inches, 26 ppm on 11 x 17 inches, and 22 ppm on 12 x 18 inches. For two-sided printing, the printer maintains up to 45 ppm for 8.5 x 11 inches or A4 (LEF), 32 ppm for 8.5 x 14 inches, 17 ppm for 11 x 17 inches, and 15 ppm for 12 x 18 inches. These speeds demonstrate the printer's efficiency across various paper sizes and formats.

Key features include application defaults, banner page settings, booklet layout, and color adjustments for lightness, contrast, and saturation. Functions like fit-to-new-paper-size, job monitoring, USB printing, secure print, and scaling enhance usability. Tray 1 Specifications:

Tray 1 and Tray 2 each have a capacity of 520 sheets. They support various paper types, including bond, plain paper, cardstock, envelopes, glossy cardstock, labels, letterhead, pre-printed, postcards, recycled, and lightweight or heavyweight glossy cardstock.

Bypass Tray Specifications:

The bypass tray has a capacity of up to 100 sheets. The tray supports paper weights from 18 lb. bond to 110 lb. cover for both simplex and duplex printing. It is compatible with a wide range of paper types, including bond, plain paper, cardstock, envelopes, glossy cardstock, labels, letterhead, pre-printed, postcards, recycled, and lightweight or heavyweight glossy cardstock.
