Core Return Process
Received cores must meet the following requirements
- All cores must be complete, missing no parts.
- All cores must be packaged well enough so that they have not physical damage other than worn components.
- We can’t pay for cores that don’t meet the criteria above.
Return Process
Complete the request form by providing the required information, such as:
- Your company name, contact name and phone number.
- Your pickup address.
- Which fusers from the list above do you have, and what quantity can you send back?
- How you would like to be paid (PayPal, credit back to account, check, etc.)
Refund Process
- We will send you a Sales Return Order along with a prepaid shipping label.
- Once we receive your core, we will inspect and verify it, then issue a credit accordingly.
