Core Return Process
Received cores must meet the following requirements
- All cores must be complete, missing no parts.
- All cores must be packaged well enough so that they have no physical damage other than worn components.
- We can’t pay for cores that don’t meet the criteria above.
Return Process
Send a request to cores@iteminc.com and let us know:
- Your company name and contact name and phone number.
- Your pickup address.
- What fusers you have from the list above and quantity to send back.
- How you would like to be paid (PayPal, credit back to account, or check)
Refund Process
- We will send you a Sales Return Order along with a prepaid shipping label.
- Once we receive your core, we will inspect and verify and issue a credit accordingly.
