Item, Inc. Named Master Distributor for OKI Genuine Branded Supplies In North and South America

Woodbridge, Virginia: Item, Inc., a well-established distributor of printer supplies, parts, and hardware, has been named the master distributor for OKI genuine branded consumables for North and South America. Item, Inc. brings more than 40 years of experience in the distribution and technical services industries and has served as OKI’s primary spare parts distributor since February 2021. This partnership will provide a convenient, high-value, and more efficient experience for customers of OKI.
Under this new agreement, Item, Inc. will import OKI branded supplies and parts directly from OKI factories across Asia into Item, Inc.’s 70,000 square foot distribution center in Woodbridge, VA. Item, Inc. will sell OKI products direct to OKI resellers.
Item Inc. is committed to understanding the needs of each reseller and the unique requirements of their customers. Item, Inc. will work closely with resellers to understand future demand and provide forecasting to OKI to ensure sufficient supplies will be available as the customer needs them. In preparation for partnership, Item, Inc. has been making significant investments in enterprise software, facilities infrastructure, and enhancing their e-commerce platform.
